- Represented various developer, property management and institutional clients in the development and preparation of an integrated set of lease forms for use in retail centers and mixed-use properties.
- Represented a national commercial uniform supplier in managing its real estate portfolio, including the acquisition, disposition and leasing of various real property.
- Serve as a real estate adviser to a multi-national corporation. Represent the client in real estate acquisitions and sales, leasing and environmental matters.
- Represent both landlords and tenants in office and industrial leasing.
