Terri Krivosha to Serve as Panelist for Women On Boards Event

Terri Krivosha, a partner in Maslon's Business and Securities Practice Group and former chair of the firm, will serve as a panelist at the 2008 Women on Boards event. The program is scheduled on December 2, 2008, at the Metropolitan Ballroom in Golden Valley, Minnesota.  The purpose of the event is to educate and prepare women for board service.  Terri joins a panel of top-level executives with extensive board experience and a desire to share their knowledge and necessary tools for serving as a director.

Topics will include:

• being an effective board member;
• how to position yourself to get on a board;
• how to transition from serving on non-profit boards to for profit boards;
• and the panelists' comments on their journey of board service.

Along with the panel discussion, the evening will include networking, hors d'oeuvres and wine, and a question and answer session at the end.
