David Herr to Speak at North Dakota Defense Trial Lawyers Annual Meeting


David Herr, a partner in Maslon's Litigation Group, will address North Dakota Defense Trial Lawyers at their Annual Meeting on September 11, 2008.  The topic of his presentation relates to his published work, "Minnesota Trial Objections," as well as the Minnesota Practice Series, Vol. 11A and Minnesota Handbook of Courtroom Evidence, both co-authored with Professor Peter N. Thompson.
