David Herr To Speak on Technology and the Appellate Courts at Lewis & Clark Law School

David Herr, a partner in Maslon's Litigation Group, is scheduled to present on "Technology and the Appellate Courts" at a joint meeting of the Federal Judicial Center, Lewis & Clark Law School and the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers.  This meeting will be held on September 18-20, 2008, in Portland, Oregon.  David's presentation will lead a discussion with Judge David W. McKeague of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and Michael Gans, Clerk of the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.  This event is in celebration of the 40th Anniversary of the Federal Judicial Center.  Special guests at the conference are Justice Sandra Day O'Connor and Justice Anthony Kennedy.
