James Duffy O'Connor to Present at the AGC of America's 90th Annual Convention

Jim O'Connor, head of Maslon's Construction Law Group, will speak at The Associated General Contractors of America's 90th Annual Convention on "What Every Contractor Needs to Know About the 2007 Edition of the AIA A201 General Conditions Document." His presentation was selected by the AGC to be one of the educational sessions at the convention.  O'Connor will discuss the new changes in the General Conditions Document. 

O'Connor is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers, a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, the former Chair of the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry, and an active member of the AGC's Contract Documents Committee and its Risk Management Committee. He has published extensively in the construction law area. 

The AGC Annual Convention will be held March 4-7, 2009, in San Diego, California.  For more details on the convention, go to AGC.
