David Herr to Host Upcoming Installment of Minnesota CLE Webcast Series on Appellate Law
Herr will with join with fellow appellate lawyer Diane Bratvold to discuss the cases and rule changes pending at the Supreme Court and what their potential future impact on both appellate and substantive law will be.
