David Herr to Host Upcoming Installment of Minnesota CLE Webcast Series on Appellate Law

Maslon litigator David Herr, head of Maslon's appellate practice team and past president of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers, will host the upcoming Minnesota CLE webcast entitled "Appellate Practice and Procedure with David Herr."  As part of the ongoing series organized by Herr, the program topic will be "What's Pending? Cases Pending at the Minnesota Supreme Court and Looming Rule Changes You Should Know About."

Herr will with join with fellow appellate lawyer Diane Bratvold to discuss the cases and rule changes pending at the Supreme Court and what their potential future impact on both appellate and substantive law will be. The webcast is scheduled for Friday, December 12, 2008, from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.

David Herr is a highly-regarded appellate lawyer and complex case litigator.
